NOTICE TO OWNERS OF HEROES BANNER PURCHASED IN 2015

Dear Heroes Banner Program Supporter:

 

The City of Rensselaer Heroes Banner Program has grown into an impressive source of pride and recognition for our Cities Veterans.  Each year our community member’s remark on how much their loved ones banner means to each of them and their families.

Your Heroes Banner was purchased at the beginning of our program in 2015. Over a three-year period, the Banner has weathered due to environmental factors and seasonal changes and will now need to be returned to you.  Your Heroes Banner may be picked up in the Planning and Development Office on the second floor of City Hall during regular business hours of 8AM to 4PM.

 Should you desire to once again honor and display your Veteran in our City, the cost of REPLACEMENT banners will be $125.00.   Completed Banner orders can be dropped off or mailed with payment to the Planning and Development Office.  In most cases, our office will have your Veterans picture in their file and/or the company making the banners will have a digital copy as well.  Therefore, you will simply have to update your contact information on the brochure and send or drop off payment to the Building and Planning office.  Checks should be made payable to THE CITY OF RENSSELAER.  Please write the words “Rensselaer Heroes” in the memo line.
