RFP DPW 2020-01. Proposal is to provide emergency back-up construction repair services for roadways, water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure failures. Selected contractors must be able to respond to the City within 1 hour of notification The city invites proposals from qualified contractors for the provision of emergency response and infrastructure construction services on a 24 hour basis including weekends and holidays. The deadline for submission of Proposals is March 27, 2020 at 2:00 PM, at which time the proposals will be reviewed by the City. The selected contractors must adhere to all NYS and Federal prevailing wage labor laws, and fair hiring practices. *The City of Rensselaer is an Equal Opportunity Employer*
