The Zoning Board of Appeals meets monthly on the 4th Monday at 6:00 PM (if there is business pending).
Application materials are due in the Planning Office two weeks in advance of the meeting.
All appeals or applications to the ZBA require a recommendation of the Planning Commission so an applicant may expect to attend two meetings. A variance request will also require noticing all property owners within 500 feet of the subject property.
The ZBA has members appointed to terms of 3 years.
