The Zoning Board of Appeals meets monthly on the 4th Tuesday at 6:00 PM (if there is business pending).
There will not be a ZBA meeting on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 as there have been no applications submitted for the June meeting.
Application materials are due in the Planning Office two weeks in advance of the meeting.
All appeals or applications to the ZBA require a recommendation of the Planning Commission so an applicant may expect to attend two meetings. A variance request will also require noticing all property owners within 500 feet of the subject property.
The ZBA has members appointed to terms of 3 years.
