Notice of Special Meeting
Public Notice is hereby given that the City of Rensselaer Planning Commission shall hold a Special Meeting at 3 PM on 9/10/2026 meeting to consider the following local law:
Stream Protection Overlay Zone – Recommendation to the Common Council on the proposed local law #10 for a stream overlay protection zone in the City of Rensselaer to enhance the conservation and resiliency of streams throughout the city
Attendance available in person in the conference room at City Hall, 62 Washington Street, Rensselaer, NY 12144.All interested parties will be heard at the aforesaid time and place. Individuals with special needs who wish to attend the meeting should call ahead to the Planning and Development Agency at 518-462-4839.
