Please Take Notice that the City of Rensselaer Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA), pursuant to local law, will hold a Public Hearing, on the following matters:
1. 1208 Washington Ave: Uday Patel is seeking an area variance for an existing sign to be replaced by internally illuminated SUNOCO logo signage.
Said Public Hearing will be held Monday, January 22nd, 2024 - 6:00 PM at the Rensselaer City Hall. The Public Hearing will occur relative to the above agenda items. All persons present, for or against the application, will be given the opportunity to be heard. Individuals with special needs who wish to attend the meeting should call ahead to the Planning Department at 462-4839.
