Public Notice is hereby given that the City of Rensselaer ZBA shall hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 PM on 5/26/2026 to consider the following applications:
250 East Street- The Doorkey Group, LLC is seeking an area variance to convert from mixed use to a 2-family dwelling.
1568 Fifth Street- LNC Holdings of Rensselaer, LLC is seeking area variances for a proposed subdivision of a two-family dwelling with common walls.
1600-1620 Fourth Street- LNC Holdings of Rensselaer, LLC is seeking area variances for a proposed townhouse development of eight single-family dwelling lots.
