TRAVEL ADVISORY: CLOSURE OF DUNN MEMORIAL BRIDGE PEDESTRIAN PATH
The New York State Department of Transportation is advising pedestrians and cyclists that the pedestrian path over the Dunn Memorial Bridge connecting the City of Albany and the City of Rensselaer will be closed from approximately 6 a.m. Monday, November 10, to approximately 7 p.m. Monday, December 1, to facilitate maintenance.
As an alternate, pedestrians and cyclists are advised to use Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) bus route 114, which stops at the Albany Bus Terminal in Albany, and the Joseph L. Bruno Train Station in Rensselaer. A schedule is available on the CDTA website. Users should also anticipate travel delays and build extra travel time into their schedule.
Construction activities are weather dependent and subject to change based on conditions.
