1. Cover Letter: All packages must include a cover letter addressed to Thomas Hulihan, Director of Planning and Development, signed by an individual legally authorized to bind the applicant to its Proposal.
2. Personnel: Names and Resumes of all Partners, Managers, and other key Staff Persons along with brief resumes.
3. Services: Description of proposed services and area(s) of specialization.
4. Experience and Qualifications: Description of relevant experience, including a list of previous projects completed by the firm.

Small firms, Veteran-owned and Disabled American Veteran-owned firms. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Firms, and Minority/Women Enterprise Firms are encouraged to participate. The City Planning Office and City Engineer’s Office will review qualifications and make recommendations to the City Council for approval. Selected consultants will be notified by mid-April 2024.
The successful consultants will be required to provide evidence demonstrating that the Consultant and any professional sub-consultant(s) are legally authorized by the NYS Education Department to do business in New York State. All firms must provide proof of NYS Workers Compensation Insurance and Disability Insurance Coverage, General Liability Insurance Coverage, and Professional Liability Insurance Coverage.
PROPOSAL DUE DATE: FRIDAY, APRIL 12, 2024; Proposals must be received in a sealed delivery envelope marked “Engineering, Architectural and Planning Services RFQ”
