Stormwater outfalls are points (usually pipes) where stormwater enters a water body such as the Hudson River. The map below shows the location of stormwater outflows in the City of Rensselaer.
Stormwater outfalls should not have significant flow in dry weather periods nor should they be discharging sediment or pollutants.
